That’s not a problem. For emergency after hours help, just head down to the main lobby area of the resort and ask for in-house security. We also give you an emergency after hours number at check-in, and we ask you to please keep this with you at all times during your stay. If you call this number for a situation that is not an emergency, a fee of $150 will apply.

If you lock yourself out of the apartment, a lock-out service fee of $150 applies so keep those keys close!
