2. Grill’d Surfers Paradise
Located: Paradise Centre (the mall), Surfers Paradise
Let’s face it, sometimes you crave a delicious burger and it’s the only thing that will satisfy your hunger. Luckily, Grill’d offers healthy burgers that taste amazing! Grill’d motto is: “No cages. No nasties. No added hormones. No exceptions. Produce farmed locally: from paddock to plate”. Did you know that Grill’d have a low-carb bun option? Perfect for those watching their carb intake. Located along Cavill Ave, just outside the Paradise Centre, Grill’d is a great restaurant to dine in with family and friends.

Located: Circle on Cavill Shopping Centre, Surfers Paradise
Poke Bowls are on trend in 2018, the bowls are not only nutritious but very Instagram-worthy. Poke bowls consist of a bed of rice or salad, your choice of protein and delicious toppings like avocado, edamame, cabbage, chilli and more. Poke California have signature bowls for those that struggle to make decisions. Located in The Circle on Cavill shopping centre, Poke California is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Our staff favourite is The Spicy Tuna bowl, a must try on your next visit to Poke California.
4. Sandwich Bro’s
Located: 38 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise
Sandwich Bro’s is a local secret, on any morning you can expect to find business men and women lining up for their morning caffeine hit and healthy takeaway breakfast. The café offers a selection of fresh salads and sandwiches as well as daily specials that will have your moth watering. Located on Cavill Ave, you can dine in or takeaway your delicious meal. Our recommendation is the Korean wrap made with your choice of crispy chicken or tofu, filled with delicious salad it’s the perfect lunch on a sunny Gold Coast day.
5. Dine in your self-contained apartment

Where possible, try and make a fresh and healthy meal yourself. With Coles and Woolworths located in walking distance from all our Surfers Paradise resorts, it’s so easy to pick up fresh produce and make a delicious meal at home. Not only will you be eating healthy, but you’ll be able to spend quality time with your friends or family. When staying in one of Holiday Holiday’s self-contained apartments, aim to eat at least one meal in per day. This is good for the bank account as well as balancing out your overall nutrition and staying healthy while travelling.
