The zatar is only available by prior order between 5.30pm – 8pm and for collection the next morning. Make sure you bring a paper bag with you to hold the freshly baked bread in. For all our guests staying in our resort especially the Boulevard Tower and Orchid Tower in the same building, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Please note that the zatar is prepared fresh from the oven and you will need a bread knife to cut the bread.
