The onsite manager is Mantra Circle on Cavill. Mantra Circle on Cavill’s operation is based from the main reception of the South Tower building. In the North Tower, guests can find Circle on Cavill‘s security office and body corporate operations.
Property owners have the option to choose to either live in the apartment, rent it out long term or short term privately or through onsite management Mantra Circle on Cavill or offsite managers such as Holiday Holiday and Gold Coast Property Expo.
