• Transitioned to largely paperless check-in, reducing printed forms and receipts.

• Digital guest communication to cut waste.

• Encouraging towel reuse and energy-conscious behaviour in guest information.

• Support apartment owners in adopting LED lighting and energy-efficient appliances during refurbishments.

• Promote waste separation and recycling in our Guest Lounge.
