Yesterday, we launched our Holiday Holiday Kids Room pack, a new concept of holiday accommodation on the Gold Coast. Holidays with kids made easy – Kids Room is sure to impact on families coming to the Gold Coast
We hosted an event which served to showcase the Kids Room and demonstrate its capabilities to make planning family holidays stress free. The rooms are designed to make things easier for those looking forward to holidays with kids, while encouraging and providing toys and distractions for quality family time.
The event was held at one of Holiday Holiday’s family friendly apartments at Circle on Cavill in Surfers Paradise. The event hosted local mummy bloggers, parenting media, mums, and of course, kids, who had the opportunity to play and experience the kid’s room first-hand.

The Kids Room initiative is designed on the notion that holidays are an opportunity for parents and their children to switch off and invest time in their relationships. The importance of an “unplugged” holiday is vital today, as Australians are now spending more time each day on their devices than sleeping, according to recent research.
These kid friendly apartments are equipped to provide adults travelling with children time to focus their attention on relaxing and spending quality time connecting with their children.
More than a booking extra, this kid’s friendly accommodation is offered in selected Holiday Holiday family-friendly Surfers Paradise apartments. The features ensure children feel at ease in their home-away-from-home, allowing parents to relax, while the kids discover their own unique space complete with soft toys, story books, tents and tunnels, cuddly blankets, and cushions
The interactive toys available in kids’ rooms are to tempt kids away from the screen and back to interactive play. They also include additional features to keep kids entertained, with a range of extras, including rubber duckies for bath time, sand buckets for beach adventures and even plastic cutlery in the kitchen for hassle-free meal times.

The kid’s room is currently available as a booking extra at $120 and can be booked directly through Holiday Holiday’s website. Simply select the Kids Room Pack at the checkout and let the adventure begin.
Note that, besides the Kids Room Pack, guests travelling to the Gold Coast with a baby or toddler can book their accommodation together with prams, baby cots, and high chairs, all to make holidays with kids an easy and pleasurable experience.
