Holiday Holiday is committed to serving and assisting our guests during periods of self quarantine or self isolation. We have various self quarantine accommodation options in Surfers Paradise for you to choose from. We have prepared the following self isolation guest policy to assist guests better during your stay with us:
All guests will be contacted prior to arrival to prepare for movement throughout public areas of the resort during your stay. We will have your rooms ready for you, depending on the time of arrival to minimise your contact with the public.
Resort facilities are closed to all guests and residents during this time until further notice.
Housekeeping is not permitted to enter your suite. All apartments is fully equipped with sufficient amenities including toilet paper for your stay. During your stay, if you require any additional amenities or bed linen, we have implemented a “Drop Off” procedure where requested items will be delivered outside your door.
All Holiday Holiday apartments are fully self contained. You can use the fully equipped kitchen to cook and prepare meals. All kitchens have full cooking facilities, pots, pans, cutleries, dish and plates, etc.
Guests also have access to a variety of delivery services like UberEats, Deliveroo, etc. We will assist in facilitating the delivery person to access your floor to drop off the food to you. All delivery personnel will also follow our “Drop Off” procedure.
We can also provide daily meals packages (costs apply).
Grocery pack is available to be purchased and dropped off outside your room. If pre-arranged before arrival, we will be able to leave the grocery pack within the accommodation.
Customised grocery pack is also available at a fee. Order from Woolworths or Coles and we are able to organise pick up and delivery for our guests.
In the event that symptoms occur during your stay, the medical centre is located directly below your accommodation or within walking distance. We will be able to coordinate a visit to the medical centre with the right precautions taken so you have access to medical attention.
Gold Coast University Hospital is located 10 minutes drive away in Southport.
If you do not experience any symptoms during your stay, we wish you all the best as you proceed on to your next journey. For guests who do experience symptoms, we are able to extend your stay. We have a 72 hour window policy of ensuring a room is vacant upon check out before we take on the next guest arrival.
