You are able to check-in any time from 2pm on the day of arrival. However, if your apartment is clean and ready for you before 2pm, you’re very welcome to arrive earlier and get your holiday underway. We just ask you to advise us of your arrival time at least 24 hours before you head to the Gold Coast.
