Visitors who plan to stay on the Gold Coast may want to know more about the resort of Circle on Cavill. Circle on Cavill consists of two towers – South Tower & North Tower. Here are the details of the South Tower of Circle on Cavill:
The South Tower is 48 storeys high and was completed in March 2007. South Tower is also known as Tower 1 and Circle Highrise. There are 4 high speed lifts servicing the residents in the South Tower. All rooms start with 1 in the South Tower, followed by the floor number and unit number.
On level 4, there is a walkway which joins the North Tower. On this floor, you can find a lounge with views out to the Nerang River and the hinterland. There is a computer with paid internet access on this floor if you need to use computer facilities.
On the southern end of the South Tower, you will have access to the outdoor lap pool and 10-persons spa. The outdoor pool is not heated so it is extremely lovely and cooling in the summer. The outdoor spa is heated so jump in for some bubbly fun.
You can get changed in the changeroom on level 4 near the outdoor pool. In the changeroom, there is also a his and hers steam room.
Level 4 also houses the mailroom for long term tenants and owner occupiers. Red dots on the mailboxes indicate holiday rental units managed by onsite management. Please note that the mailboxes are not arranged completely arranged numerically so you may need to hunt around for your block of mailboxes.
At the northern end of level 4, you will find lifts to the North Tower, the formal residents lounge and private cinema room.
The residents lounge is available for use by residents and guests subject to availability.
The residents lounge was put to good use on many occasions such as wedding functions, engagement parties, and Annual General Meetings for the Circle on Cavill owners. Please contact us for more information on how to book the residents lounge.
The level 4 private theatrette can accommodate 9 persons. It is padded to give the optimum sound effect while a movie is playing. Hire a DVD from Video Ezy at the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre next door or catch something on FreeTV or cable TV. The movies are projected onto a large projection TV and recline in the cinema lounges and enjoy your movies. The private cinema room is for hire and is also available subject to availability.
On level 3 of the South Tower, you will find the boardroom, which is available for use by residents subject to availability. The boardroom has a large 16 seater table. A whiteboard is available for meeting needs. The boardroom has windows and views out to the Nerang River and catering is available if needed. On this floor, you can walk out to the main barbeque area. Around the barbeque area you will find a little garden area. The main barbeque area overlooks the Circle on Cavill Shopping Centre piazza and the large wide screen TV in the Shopping Centre.
Next to the barbeque area is a small shaded children’s playground.
