From Tuesday 3rd October 2017, some exciting upgrades are happening with Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre construction works. Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre has commenced construction works to build shade sail overhead in the southern wing of the centre. According to the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, the construction works will last approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
In anticipation of the upgrades and to ensure the least disruption to the shopping centre, a gantry walkway has been erected in preparation for the shade sails to be built overhead. The team at Holiday Holiday are excited to see the walkway constructed in stages each night through to the weekend, starting at Infinity and finishing down near Starbucks.
During the next 3 to 4 weeks, there will be no public access within the work zone but centre management operations manager is working in close contact with Holiday Holiday team to ensure its guest experience is not adversely affected. It is anticipated that upon completion of the southern shade sails, the centre will commence work on the northern shade sails.
Guests visiting Holiday Holiday and Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre can expect some disruption to the centre but the team at Holiday Holiday and centre management have placed various signs strategically throughout the centre to guide guests. Walls and fencing have also been erected throughout, with the work zones clearly marked. Keep an eye out for the bright orange Holiday Holiday sign and logo throughout the centre and see how many of these can you find!
The bridge outside Holiday Holiday lounge may be intermittently closed to provide for the shade sail works. During these times, guests will be directed to the service lift located near the public toilets on the ground floor and directly next to the elevator at Infinity. This is a great opportunity for the Holiday Holiday team to show off the other parts of the centre to guests so let’s make it a great adventure when visiting the Holiday Holiday check in lounge.
Do keep an eye out for our bright orange Holiday Holiday directional signage in place, as guests staying at Chevron Renaissance through Holiday Holiday and Mantra Towers of Chevron will be directly impacted by the walkway.

The shade sail will continue to the southern perimeter of the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre. Guests arriving to Holiday Holiday lounge from Surfers Paradise Blvd and the tram line, please keep a look out for the bright orange signs and directions to Holiday Holiday guest lounge.
