The fish and seafood dishes are eloquently simple yet still have delicious flavours and are generous portions.
Choose from a selection of amazing fresh seafood such as oysters, caviar, king salmon, yellowfin tuna, king prawns, calamari, scallops, balmain bugs, crayfish, mussels, etc. Fish selection includes john dory, swordfish, ocean trout, hapuka, trevalla, snapper, toothfish.
For the best experience, try a whole fish flown fresh in daily to the Fish House, such as king george whiting, rainbow trout, kingfish, coral trout, etc.
