Lamington National Park

Out in the Gold Coast hinterlands lies the breathtaking Lamington National Park. With numerous walking tracks leading you to waterfalls, mountain views, bush walking and plenty of flora and fauna it is a must place to visit while on the Gold Coast. Lamington National Park consists of two sections: Binna Burra and Green Mountains. Binna Burra is a mountain lodge in the north-eastern corner of the Lamington Plateau. The forests are part of the World Heritage site, which is the most extensive subtropical rainforest in the World. Green Mountains cover numerous densely-forested valleys and mark the border between Queensland and New South Wales.

Loacted just an hour drive away from Surfers Paradise, Lamington National Park truly is a place you must visit while on the Gold Coast. With over 20,000 hectares to explore it will be forever etched in your memories.
