The Towers of Chevron Renaissance comprises three residential towers. This complex is located on 23 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. The Chevron Renaissance was built by the Raptis Group. Raptis Group received several awards for the Chevron Renaissance project:

Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre
The Towers of Chevron are located directly above the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre. The Shopping Centre was completed approximately in 2002.
The Shopping Centre's main tenants are the extra large 3000 square metres Coles Supermarket, Flight Centre, Baker's Delight, Starbucks, Infinity and is also the location for HolidayHoliday reception check-in on level 1 of the office space.
Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre has often been described as "charming" and "homely" by guests and customers to the centre. Also known as the Chevron Renaissance village, there are lots of sidewalk cafes, a fountain piazza, wide palm-lined boulevards, restaurants and cafes, a lovely day spa and more. The Raptis Group was inspired by a blend of European village-style architecture and casual seaside lifestyle of the Gold Coast.
Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre has onsite carparking facilities for the convenience of shopping centre customers. Customers enjoy complimentary 2 hours carparking if they spend over $10 in Coles or at any of the shops in the Centre.
HolidayHoliday offers complimentary 2 hours carparking during check-in and check-out at the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre. Simply bring your carparking ticket to HolidayHoliday reception for validation.
Entry into the shopping centre is from Elkhorn Avenue or Ferny Avenue. If you are driving in from Ferny Avenue, please make sure you take the Coles carparking lane and NOT the Liquorland lane.

Chevron Renaissance towers details:
Skyline Tower - Tower 1
Skyline Tower or Tower 1 is located directly above Infinity. This building was completed approximately 2003. You can also access Skyline Tower from Ferny Avenue. Tower 1 has 39 floors and there are 4 high speed lifts servicing all residents in this building. When you are heading to the ground floor, make sure you go to level 1 in the Skyline Tower. The basement level in this building houses owner storage units and the on-site management's housekeeping facility.
On the ground floor of Tower 1, there is a residents lounge. You can hire the residents lounge and find out more information on hire fee from on-site main reception. The residents lounge is usually booked out for body corporate meetings and other functions. Hiring of the residents lounge is subject to availability.
As from early 2013, the body corporate has opened another games room in the lobby of Skyline Tower. The latest machines are available for the convenience of guests and residents in the complex.
Tower 1 is extremely popular with long term residents and owner occupiers in the complex as it is normally the most private tower. It is also the closest to the beach and enjoys amazing ocean views from units facing easterly into the ocean.
Tower 1 also houses the in-house cinema room on level 2. The theatrette can accommodate 18 persons and it is padded to give the optimum sound effect while a movie is playing. Hire a DVD from Video Ezy at the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre downstairs or catch something on FreeTV or cable TV. The movies are projected onto a large projection TV and recline in the cinema lounges and enjoy your movies. The private cinema room is for hire and is also available subject to availability.
Out on level 2, you can walk directly to the outdoor lap pool. The lap pool area also has a barbeque for residents use. Take a stroll around the grassed area on level 2 or a picnic would be lovely in this quiet area.
To access the Beaches in the Sky and indoor swimming pool, take one of the high speed lifts to level 5. This area also houses the spas, saunas, rock spas, garden area, main barbeque areas, and lounges.
To head to the other towers, you can walk across the level 5 garden and pool areas. All towers join on this floor.
To head to Coles supermarket or the shopping centre downstairs, take the lift to the ground floor and follow the sign out to the supermarket. Alternatively, you can take the lift to level 5 and walk across the garden and pools area towards Tower 2 and take the lift to the ground floor to come out at Coles.
Skyline North - Tower 2
Skyline North or Tower 2 is 48 floors high. Skyline North was built in year 2004. There are 4 high speed lifts servicing all the apartments in this building.
Tower 2 is very popular with guests who like the convenience of heading directly down to Coles supermarket. Guests with wheelchairs or parents with strollers will have to go around Skyline North Tower 2 to access the ramp to go into Coles supermarket.
The Beaches in the Sky, indoor swimming pool and garden area is located on level 6 in this tower. Plase note that level 6 in Tower 2 brings you out directly to the equivalent of level 5 in Towers 1 and 3. The barbeque areas and 20-seater rock pool are also located on level 6 of Skyline North. There is a magnificent residents lounge overlooking the shopping centre, Surfers Paradise skyline and ocean views on this floor. Change rooms are located on either sides of the lounge. Often, the pool and barbeque areas get quite busy so make sure you exercise courtesy by cleaning up the barbeque sets after use. Barbeque facilities are available on a first come first served basis.
For quicker access to Coles supermarket from the Beaches in the Sky, look for the side elevators that head straight down to the shopping centre. Make sure you have your key and fob with you to come back into the elevator and building.
The second games room is located on level 1 of Tower 2. There are various gaming consoles and vending machines for the family, including a pool table and an air hockey table. Coin change facility available in the games room.
Skyline Central - Tower 3
Skyline Central or Tower 3 is most popular with guests who enjoy the feeling of walking into a luxuriously expansive hotel lobby. Skyline Central is the newest of all three towers and was completed in approximately 2005. You only have to take the lifts directly upstairs to access your room. It is very easy to navigate in Tower 3 as you do not have to walk across to the other towers to access your apartment.
Tower 3 is 39 floors. The top two levels are commercial offices so apartment levels only go up to level 37. There are 4 high speed lifts servicing Tower 3 and one lift that goes only to the ground floor and carpark of Tower 3.
The onsite management's main reception is located on the ground floor of Tower 3. Opposite the reception lobby is the Chevron Renaissance Security office. Chevron Renaissance is patrolled 24 hours a day by body corrpoate security. On the ground floor of Tower 3, you can also find information on and book tours in and around the Gold Coast.
To access the Beaches in the Sky, indoor pool and garden area, head to level 5 of Tower 3. If you wish to head to the supermarket from level 5, you can either walk to Towers 1 or 2 and take the lift to the ground floor.
